Growing up in a small town with limited housing, low quality builds, and the struggle of seeing homeowners struggle with construction projects is one of the big reasons why I founded Urbatect. After spending many years working for some of the top firms in the country, I understood the issues in the industry at both a small and large scale. I saw how overwhelming projects could be independently of the scale of the project – especially when the clients are left juggling with designers, engineers, city approvals, and contractors on their own. I knew there had to be a better way to streamline the process and actually make it an enjoyable experience for clients including homeowners.
