I had a consultation with Alex Zambrano regarding building an ADU. He was very knowledgeable and understanding. He frequently stopped and asked me what questions do I have during our meeting. Did not use confusing lingo to confuse me at all during our meeting either. He did not make me feel bad at all even though my intentions were purely information on potential future ADU on a future purchase of a home with a bigger lot.
